Pinehurst Circle - intersection of Utah Ave., NW and Western Ave., NW in ward 4 needs the leaves to be raked and removed. Park is owned by DPR. Area in front of Worthington St., NW needs to be smoothed out with top soil and reseeded. Has never recovered from DC Water and PEPCO projects two years ago when they used Pinehurst Circle as equipment and temporary office space.
