Code Enforcement is following our procedures to attempt to gain compliance.

Why doesn’t the city clean it up, it’s been over 30 days. The city needs to step in, since the landlord or renter is not cleaning it up. Why are we paying taxes to the city if they are just going to let things slide and not enforce the rules, laws, and regulations of the city. Explain this to the citizens of Alpharetta that pay your salaries.

@G - There's a process the City has to follow for these things. They can't just send people onto private property and have their way with it. For someone who talks so much about laws, you seem to forget that private property laws exist as well as due process laws. This ticket has been open literally one day and is still open.... sheesh.

The City does not have the authority to enter private property for maintenance of a property. We are actively working to get it addressed.

I just want to be an informed citizen in case this happens in my neighborhood in the future. Thank you for answering my questions and comments.
