Dog constantly barking in back yard and back alley at 320 16th St. NE. Washington, D.C. 20002. It is beloved and neighbors have stated that the dog is not being fed and mistreated . The constant barking is total disrespect to the neighbors and needs to be addressed. The police have been called in occaission.

Loud barking dogs behind rowhouse at 1906 Rosedale St. NE. These dogs are left outside for hours at a time, even when the weather is in the 30s, and they bark incessantly, likely for want of shelter. They appear to have no shelter from windchill other than a concrete stairwell. They also appear to have no bedding whatsoever to insulate them from heat losses to the concrete. I've observed and videotaped these dogs on short chains standing in or near their own feces. I've also videotaped them digging through the trash for food scraps. Calls to the humane society are never returned, these dogs still bark and bark and seem to suffer the same living conditions, and I question if anyone in a position of authority actually has any regard for their welfare.

Great Dane is still being kept on second story balcony and howling painfully all night. It's cruel this dog doesn't seem to be getting any care.
