Deskripsyon
A young gray cat is always laying in the street or under a parked car at or near 249 Alden Ave. It's the first house after Westville Market going down Alden towards Fountain. I'm afraid the cat will be hit. Cat owner was made aware but hasn't done anything. Please drive cautiously near the 4 way stop. Especially at night. The cat is friendly but won't let you pick it up. **Black cat in the picture is not in the street often. It's just happens to be in the attached picture.**

dear stop whining: Stop whining. Should we assume that it's YOUR cat in the intersection, then, and this is your strategy for disposal: roadkill?
